What exactly do I get for the one-time purchase?
An Electron application (macOS + Windows), a local BezChmury 11B model with the SSoT knowledge base, all features of the chosen package (Lite/Private/Accountant/Pro), plus 12 months of the Update Pack included. After the pack expires the application continues to work - the knowledge base is simply frozen.
Can I purchase only a single seat?
Yes. KSeF Lite is PLN 1,490 for one seat. This is the minimum for sole traders and small businesses. KSeF Private (PLN 4,990) starts at three seats and includes the FA(3) validator and error diagnosis.
What happens after the Update Pack expires?
The application continues to run - the model and knowledge base are simply frozen at the latest state. You can renew the Update Pack at any time without losing data or configuration. No subscription, no penalty for a gap.
Is there a demo before purchase?
Yes. We offer a free 15-minute demo - we will show you the local execution, control questions, source base, and how we limit hallucinations. Book through the /en/demo page.
Do you provide a VAT invoice?
Yes. Every purchase is documented with a VAT invoice (issued by e.p invest sp. z o.o. Villa Mamma sp.k). MPP, GTU and code 0113 are handled in line with KSeF requirements.
Can I upgrade my licence to a larger package after purchase?
Yes. Upgrades from Lite → Private → Accountant → Pro require only the price difference plus a new Update Pack. You keep your configuration, your custom SSoT and your question history.
Are there prices for more seats than the Pro Bundle?
Yes - Enterprise On-Premise starts at PLN 49,900 (multi-NIP, license server, custom knowledge base with no record limit). Pricing is bespoke; please contact us via the demo form.
Is the invoice issued to a company or to an individual?
By default to the company (with NIP). If you purchase as a sole trader (JDG) we will issue the invoice to your JDG NIP. Payment options: bank transfer (3 days) or card (instant via Stripe - optional).
Can I return the application?
Yes - we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. Full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days complaints are handled under the contract/licence terms and measurable implementation functions; probe metrics are not a guarantee for every answer.
Are there discounts for accounting firms with many clients?
Yes - the Pro Bundle (PLN 14,900) for firms with 10 seats includes a custom SSoT knowledge base (which you can edit for your own clients). Enterprise removes the seat limit and adds multi-NIP support.
